Giới thiệu nội dung:
Khi Nhật Bổn xâm lược Trung Hoa, đội trưởng đội du kích Phương Quốc Hoa cùng đại tá Nhật Bổn Xuyên Bổn Long Nhất triển khai một cuộc kịch chiến, Hoa bị thương nhưng vẫn cứu được một em bé bị thương tên Phục Sanh, bỗng nhiên một bóng đen xuất hiện, tấn công vào cả ba người.

Đến năm 1998, một trinh thám bí mật tên Phương Thiên Hữu xuất hiện tại Hồng Kông, hóa ra Hữu là Hoa Năm xưa, bởi vì ác quỉ cắn phải, cùng với Phục Sanh trở thành ma hút máu bất tử, trong lúc Long Nhất cũng trở thành tên ma đầu tàn bạo, háo sát.

Người bắt ma thời đại Mã Tiểu Linh được mời tới để bắt ma hút máu, tuy nhiên Linh và bạn thân của cô là Vương Trân Trân đã gặpThiên Hữu.Trân Trân yêu thầm Thiên Hữu, sau đó được anh chấp nhận, thời gian sau đó, Trân Trân phát hiện người Thiên Hữu yêu thật sự là Tiểu Linh, nhưng họ ko thể bên nhau vì Thiên Hữu là cương thi cò Tiểu Linh lại là thiên sư bắt ma...
Bộ phim "Trừ Gian Diệt Ác" (tên gốc: Tôi có hẹn với cương thi 1) phát hành, Doãn Thiên Chiếu mới trở thành một “hiện tượng”. Với đề tài lạ, hấp dẫn cùng với lối diễn xuất ăn ý của Doãn Thiên Chiếu và Vạn Ỷ Văn, bộ phim nhanh chóng đạt được rating rất cao, đẩy vị thế Doãn Thiên Chiếu và Vạn Ỷ Văn lên danh vị “nhất ca”, “nhất tỷ” của ATV. Có thể xem bộ phim này đã tạo nên một bước ngoặt trong sự nghiệp của anh. Tuy nhiên, sau bao năm gắn bó với ATV, bộ phim đầu tiên đưa anh đến nấc thang thành công cũng là bộ phim kết thúc hợp đồng với ATV. Có nhiều ý kiến cho rằng vì bộ phim đạt doanh thu cao, hãng TVB cũng muốn kéo Doãn Thiên Chiếu về, còn ở ATV, yêu cầu tăng lương của Doãn Thiên Chiếu không được đáp ứng nên Doãn Thiên Chiếu dứt áo rời khỏi chiếc nôi vỗ về mình bao năm.
